orders & shipping

Buying & shipping

How and when will my order ship?

In-stock prints and gifts usually ship within 3–5 business days. Original paintings are packed with extra care and typically go out within 5–7 business days. Everything ships from my studio in Southern New Jersey with tracking, and I'll email you the moment it's on its way.

How much does shipping cost, and do you ship internationally?

Shipping within the continental U.S. is calculated at checkout based on size and weight. International shipping is available by request — just reach out before ordering and I'll put together a quote. Full details live on the Shipping & Returns page.

How is my artwork packaged?

Originals are wrapped in glassine, corner-protected, and boxed in sturdy, double-walled cartons. Prints ship flat in rigid mailers or rolled in tubes, depending on size, so they arrive crease-free and ready to frame.

Can I return a piece?

Original paintings may be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Prints, gifts, cards, and commissioned work are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact me within 7 days so I can make it right. See the Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

Can I see a piece in person before I buy?

Absolutely. I'm based in Southern New Jersey and local pickup or a studio viewing can be arranged. Just send me a note and we'll find a time. You can also wander the walls anytime in the virtual gallery.

commissions

Custom commissions

How do I start a commission?

Head to the Commissions page and tell me about your idea — the subject, the size you're imagining, and the story behind it. Send a few photos if you have them. We'll talk it through, settle on the details, and I'll reserve your spot with a deposit.

How long does a commission take?

Most commissions take about 4–8 weeks from approval to completion, depending on size, medium, and my current waitlist. I'll share little progress updates along the way so you're never wondering where things stand.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a non-refundable deposit reserves your place in my schedule and covers materials. The remaining balance is due once you've approved the finished piece, before it ships. Pet portraits, wedding scenes, and custom landscapes are all welcome.

prints, originals & care

Prints, originals & care

What sizes and paper do your prints come in?

Prints are archival giclée reproductions on fine-art paper, offered in standard 8 × 10, 12 × 16, and 18 × 24 inch sizes so they're easy to frame. The archival inks resist fading, so your print stays true for years.

If a painting is sold, can I still get a print of it?

Often, yes. Many sold originals are available as limited fine-art prints, so a favorite can still find a place on your wall. If you don't see a print listed for a piece you love, just ask — I may be able to make one.

Are your originals one of a kind?

Always. Each original is a unique, signed, hand-painted work — there's only ever one. Prints let me share a piece more widely, but the original itself is yours alone.

How do I care for my painting?

Hang your painting out of direct sunlight and away from heat, humidity, and damp walls. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth — never household cleaners or water. Treated and displayed kindly, your piece will look wonderful for a lifetime.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are paid securely at checkout using major credit and debit cards. For commissions, deposit and balance payments are arranged the same way. If you have a question about payment, just let me know.
